Returns & Exchanges

1. What is your returns policy?

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. In the event that you do not like the item you've purchased, you can choose to return it for store credits or exchange for another item. A returns form is provided with every order.

  • All returns must reach us within 14 days (Singapore) and 28 days (International) from the date of dispatch of your original order.
  • All items must be returned in their original condition - unwashed, unworn, and in a brand new and saleable condition.
  • All items will be inspected upon return. Articles that do not meet our return conditions will be rejected. Rejected goods will be returned to you, and shipping charges may apply.
  • Sale merchandise, swimwear and intimates cannot be returned. 
  • The refund amount is calculated as the original item price, less any discounts used in your order. Postage fees are non-refundable.

Upon receiving your return item, our team will refund you the item amount as store credits in your account. We do not provide refunds for postage fees as it is a service that was exhausted during the first delivery.

 

Return via Postage

You may mail your return item to our office at 21 Bukit Batok Crescent, Wcega Tower, #12-74, Singapore 658065.

As the merchandise will be your responsibility until they reach our office, we strongly recommend personal returns, or trackable postal returns. Take extra caution to label your return parcel with your name, your order number, and your return address. Store credits wil be credited the same day the item is received at our office.

2. What is your exchange policy?

  • All exchanges must be done within 14 days (Singapore) from the date of dispatch of your original order.
  • All items must be returned in their original condition - unwashed, unworn, and in a brand new and saleable condition. Articles that do not meet our return conditions will be rejected.
  • All items (both the return item, and the newly exchanged item) will be inspected by you and our team upon exchange.
  • An order can only be exchanged once. No further returns or exchanges will be entertained.
  • We regret to inform you that we do not facilitate exchanges for international orders. You may return your item for store credit and place a new order with your store credit.
  • You may choose to exchange for the same item in a different colour or size, or exchange for a completely different item, all subject to stock availability.
  • If the newly exchanged item is of a higher value, you will be asked to top up the difference in cash during the exchange. If the newly exchanged item is of a lower value, we regret to inform you that we are unable to provide a refund.
