Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. In the event that you do not like the item you've purchased, you can choose to return it for store credits or exchange for another item. A returns form is provided with every order.
Upon receiving your return item, our team will refund you the item amount as store credits in your account. We do not provide refunds for postage fees as it is a service that was exhausted during the first delivery.
Return in Store
You may return your merchandise personally to our store, located at ION Orchard B3-12, 2 Orchard Turn, Singapore 238801. We are open daily from 1000hrs to 2200hrs, including public holidays. Store credits will be returned to your account within 3 working days.
Return via Postage
You may also mail your return item to our office at 21 Bukit Batok Crescent, Wcega Tower, #12-74, Singapore 658065.
As the merchandise will be your responsibility until they reach our office, we strongly recommend personal returns, or trackable postal returns. Take extra caution to label your return parcel with your name, your order number, and your return address. Store credits wil be credited the same day the item is received at our office.

Exchange in Store
You may exchange your merchandise at our store, located at ION Orchard, B3-12, 2 Orchard Turn, Singapore 238801. We are open daily from 1000hrs to 2200hrs, including public holidays.
You may choose to exchange for the same item in a different colour or size, or exchange for a completely different item, all subject to stock availability.
If the newly exchanged item is of a higher value, you will be asked to top up the difference in cash during the exchange. If the newly exchanged item is of a lower value, we regret to inform you that we are unable to provide a refund.
