Returns & Exchanges1. What is your returns policy?We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. In the event that you do not like the item you've purchased, you can choose to return it for store credits or exchange for another item. A returns form is provided with every order.
Upon receiving your return item, our team will refund you the item amount as store credits in your account. We do not provide refunds for postage fees as it is a service that was exhausted during the first delivery.
Return via Postage A returns form is included with every order. You can also email us at sales@ellysage.com with your order number for a copy of the returns form. As the merchandise will be your responsibility until they reach our office, we strongly recommend personal returns, or trackable postal returns. Take extra caution to label your return parcel with your name, your order number, and your return address.
