Payment

1. What are the payment options available?

At Ellysage, you can easily make payment in a secure environment via the following methods:

1. Paypal: We accept Debit and Credit Card payments via Paypal to provide a hassle free shopping experience.

2. Internet banking and ATM Transfer: Only valid for Singapore bank accounts. Funds transfer must be made within a 12 hour window or the order may be cancelled. Once the payment has been made, simply update your order with the date and time of transfer, as well as the transaction reference.

For ATM Transfers, you will be required to upload a photo of the transaction receipt within 12 hours. If you need more than 12 hours to make payment, kindly contact us with your order number, and one of our team members will assist you.

2. I have obtained a discount code. How do I use it?

On the Order Summary page during the check out process, the system will prompt you to enter a discount code. Enter the discount code that you've obtained and click "Apply". You may verify the discounted amount before you confirm your order.

Discount codes are not usable on sale items. 

3. I have store credits in my account. How do I use it?

On the Order Summary page during the check out process, the system will prompt you to use the store credits you have in your account (if any). Enter the amount that you would like to use towards your order and click "Apply". You may verify the discounted amount before you confirm your order.

4. How long are my store credits valid for?

Store credits that are added before every 1st November will expire on 31st December of the same year.

Store credits that are added after every 1st November will thus expire on 31st December of the following year.
